The ARIS
Flaw Detection System

The ARIS system provides high speed, high-resolution detection of metal materials properties as detailed in our applications and technology sections.  The complete ARIS system consists of one computer based analyzer and one interchangeable RM-EMAT transducer.  The system’s computer hardware and display are housed in a rugged aluminum chassis and all transducers are machined from aluminum for maximum durability in industrial environments.  Windows based system software provides a user-friendly interface and enables full featured operation without requiring prior scientific expertise.  ARIS system purchases include a one-year warranty on all service and calibration. See below or download the ARIS System Specification Sheet for additional details.

Resonance Mode EMAT (RM-EMAT) Transducers

These machined aluminum and anodized transducers can be interchanged in the ARIS system to accommodate materials of different sizes and applications.  Modular in construction, the units can be 'stacked' to simultaneously perform multiple tests on the same sample. With no moving parts, the units can survive in most hostile environments and have a long, trouble free life cycle.  Discounted transducers are available at the time of an ARIS system purchase and all transducers are covered under the Resonic NDT’s standard one-year warranty.
